At TPPS our mantra is Names, Needs and Numbers - putting our Achievers at the centre of everything we do.
Who are they? What do they need? What do we know about them? What do we need to know? What do they need to know about us?
All decisions are based on WHAT IMPACT any action / design / opportunity / resource / intervention will have on our Achievers social and emotional development and their learning outcomes.
Everything - from governance decisions through to our curriculum and intervention programmes - is responsive to the Names, Needs and Numbers of our tamariki.
